Dutchess County Historical Society (DCHS) Fundraising Auction of Unique Experiences and Gift Certificates Ending 11/17

100% of the auction proceeds benefit the DCHS. Every lot sells to the highest bidder. Payment will be made directly to DCHS, a 501-C3 Not for Profit Corporation so no sales tax will be charged. There is a 15% Buyers Premium which will also be going to the DCHS.

The DCHS does not receive any Federal, State or County funding. It relies solely on donations, membership dues and private sponsorships from people like you. Please support the 100+ year old “Mission” of the DCHS that has “collected, preserved and interpreted the history of Dutchess County, NY, from the period of the arrival of the first Native Americans until the present day.”

Payment must be completed by Friday, November 22 at 3PM.

All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 15% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased. Payment methods are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard & Amex.

DCHS is located at 6282 Route 9, Rhinebeck, NY. Normal open hours are Wednesday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM during which time you can take a close up look at many of the physical items in the auction. This immersive behind-the-scenes tasting and tour for up to 4 people is led by a member of the knowledgeable cidery/winery staff and lasts approximately 90 minutes.

The experience will be thoughtfully tailored to the season, weather, production schedule, and interests of the guests, but typically includes a walk of the property, tour of the cider orchard, hands-on activity in the winery, and a lively Q & A in the tap room.

For the tasting portion, guests will sample and learn the back story of 4-6 current releases, including a mix of cider, wine, and unique co-ferments. Tour and Tasting can be scheduled any day or month, gratuity not included. https://www.rosehillferments.com/visit
