Contents of a 10'' x 15' outside drive up storage unit being sold by the storage unit owner. Contents include jewelry, watches , kids gas motorcycle/scooter, tires & rims, automotive tools, lawn mower , TVs , moped, collectibles, antiques, electronics, vacuum, video games/systems, gun case , electric bike, safe box, tools, household items, bicycles, tools, toys plus much more. The motorcycle/scooter has no vehicle paperwork. It is being sold "parts only." The Seller nor Absolute Auctions & Realty nor the storage facility will help in obtaining vehicle paperwork Authenticity has not been verified or guaranteed on any/all items. The functionality of any/all electric/electronic items are unknown. The unit is located in Poughkeepsie, NY. Pickup must be completed by Sunday, November 9 at 5PM. Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the units or on the storage facility property & have the units broom swept clean by Sunday, November 9 at 5PM. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, November 9 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not 100% completely cleaned out by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a minimum disposal fee of $150. There is no dumpster on the property. There is no live preview. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. The key to the lock on the unit & the gate access code to be picked up by Friday, November 7 at 3PM at the Absolute Auction Center in Pleasant Valley, NY.
