**NOTE: All lots are subject to seller approval.Invoices will be sent on Wednesday, October 14 due to a board meeting.

Payment is due by Friday, October 16 at 1PM.

Address and contact for pickup will be given to winning bidders.

Pickup is by appointment only and must be completed by Tuesday, October 20 at 2PM.

Please bring proper tools, assistance and transportation for removal of items.
