Items are located in Armonk, NY.

**NOTE: Invoices will be sent following Seller approval.
All lots subject to seller approval.

Payment is due by Tuesday, August 18 at 1PM.
Address and contact for pickup will be given to winning bidders.

Pickup is by appointment only & must be completed by Friday, August 21 at 2PM.

Please bring proper tools, assistance and transportation for removal of items.

All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 12.5% buyers premium for all lot purchased by credit card: Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
