Invoices will be sent following Seller approval. All lots subject to seller approval.

Payment is due by Friday, January 24 at 1PM.
Address and contact for pickup will be given to winning bidders.

Pickup is by appointment only & must be completed by Tuesday, January 28 at 2PM. Please bring proper tools, assistance and transportation for removal of items.
