The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown. All three storage units in this auction were owned by the same owner. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, December 8th at 8PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, December 8th at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the above stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $300. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. The keys to the units & the gate access codes must be picked up by Friday, December 6 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY.
