All lots subject to seller approval. Invoices will be sent following Seller approval.

Payment is due by Wednesday, November 6 at 1PM.

Address and contact for pickup will be given to winning bidders.

Pickup is by appointment only & must be completed by Friday, November 8 at 2PM.

Please bring proper tools, assistance and transportation for removal of items.
