Payment is due by Monday, October 2 at 3PM.
Pickup must be completed by Saturday, October 7 at 2PM. Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property and have the unit broom swept clean by Saturday, October 7 at 2PM. Anything left in the unit after Saturday, October 7 will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. The storage facility closes weekdays at 5PM and Saturday at 2PM, the doors will be locked and the Buyer must leave the premises. No Sunday Removal. To be allowed access to the buildings, the Buyer must present to the office their paid invoice and photo ID. These units are in secured Climate controlled buildings and the doors must be unlocked by Spaces For Rent staff. Both units are located on the Second Floor. There is a Freight Lift available for use. Removal is only available Monday through Friday, 9AM - 5PM & Saturdays, 9AM - 2PM. There is no dumpster on the property.
