Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property. The unit must be broom swept clean. Anything left in the unit after Tuesday, September 5 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. The storage facility has gate access from 6AM-10PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. Contact information to get the key & gate access code will be provided after payment has been completed.
