Contents of three storage units being sold for the benefit of the Self-Storage Operator. Two 5'x8' units & one 8'x10' unit. Contents include: Boxes, Furniture, Clothing, Toys, bags plus much more. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. Items are located in Northampton, MA.

Payment is due by Wednesday, April 26 at 3PM.

Pickup must be completed by Tuesday, May 2 at 2PM. Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property and have the unit broom swept clean by Tuesday, May 2 at 2PM. Anything left in the unit after Tuesday, May 2 will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. The keys to the unit may be picked up at the Spaces For Rent office in Northampton weekdays 10AM - 5PM & Saturday, 9AM - 2PM. There is no dumpster on the property. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders.

All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 18% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased. Payment methods for non-vehicles & non-equipment includes cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. All lots are subject to seller's confirmation.
