Items include J.C. Higgins bolt action 20GA shotgun; Sears Roebuck & Co pump action 12GA shotgun; Ruger semi-automatic rifle; Marlin bolt action rifle; Ithaca Deer slayer semi-automatic 12 GA; Beretta semi-automatic 12GA shotgun; Smith & Wesson semi-automatic pistol; Taurus Ultra-lite revolver; Colt semi-automatic pistol; Savage semi-automatic rifle; Hi-Point semi-automatic pistol; long gun cases/socks (brands incl: Liberty, Black Sheep, Weather Shield, Kolpin, etc.); gun powder; bullets/ammo; reloading tools/supplies; safes and more.

All lots are subject to all applicable laws at the time of transfer. A background check will be required for all buyers purchasing a firearm that requires a FFL transfer. There is a $25 transfer fee per long gun. There is a $35 transfer fee per hand gun. The fee is only $20 if you fail the background check. If you fail, you are still required to make payment and then reconsign the gun to auction. FFL dealers are not exempt from these fees. Items are located in Pleasant Valley, NY.

Payment must be completed by Thursday, March 16 by 1PM.

Pickup is by appointment only for all items. Pickup for hand and long guns starts on Tuesday, March 21 and must be completed by Friday, March 24. Accessories must be picked up by Friday, March 24 at 3PM.

All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 18% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased. Payment methods include cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or approved check.
