You will need to 1) create a unique account on our site with a username and password, and 2) register for this auction. A DocuSign link will be sent to you after you complete both steps – no exceptions, and you can participate. 10% Buyer’s Premium applies. High-bidder will sign a no-contingencies, ‘time is of the essence’ Contract for Purchase and Sale of New York Real Estate immediately upon being declared the highest bidder, and return by 4PM day after auction. Closing on or before December 29, 2022. Prospective bidders must conduct their own due diligence prior to bidding and rely on their own discovery. Seller will deliver title of record, Quit Claim Deed. Deposit will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders.
Bidding Notes: The silent auction website has a “dynamic ending” feature; if someone “sniper bids” on a lot at the scheduled end of the auction, the system will extend the bidding clock two minutes to give everyone time to bid again.
