Contents of two storage units being sold by storage unit owner. One unit 10'x15' and the other 10'x10'. The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Tuesday, October 4 at 4PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Anything left in the unit after Tuesday, October 4 at 4PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. The storage facility closes at 10:00PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The keys to the units must be picked up at the storage facility office. The office is open Monday through Saturday 9AM - 5PM. They are closed on Sundays. The locks & keys get returned to the storage facility office after they are emptied. The items are located in Lake Katrine, NY.

Payment is due by Friday, September 30 at 3PM.

Pickup must be completed by Tuesday, October 4 at 4PM.

All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 18% Buyers Premium for all lots purchased. Payment methods for non-vehicles & non-equipment include cash (by appointment only), MC, Visa, Discover or approved check.
