You do not need to contact the office regarding removal. Please place lock and key inside the unit and close door when unit has been cleaned out. The items are located in Hudson, NY.
Payment is due by Tuesday, July 26 at 3PM.
Pickup must be completed by Saturday, July 30 at 5PM. No Exceptions. The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property. The unit must be broom swept clean. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, June 26 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
