The keys to the units and the gate access codes must be picked up by Friday, July 29 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY. You do not need to contact the office regarding removal. Please place lock and key inside the unit and close door when unit has been cleaned out. The items are located in Craryville, NY.
Payment is due by Wednesday, July 27 at 3PM.
Pickup must be completed by Sunday, July 31 at 5PM. The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property. The unit must be broom swept clean. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, July 31 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property.
