Contents of a 5'x15' storage unit being sold by storage unit owner. Contents include: electricians unit - electrical supplies - Craftsman tool box with keys and tools in it - tool boxes with misc. tools, etc. The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, January 9 at 5PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, January 9 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. The storage facility closes at 10:00PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The keys to the units and the gate access codes must be picked up by Friday, January 7 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY. The locks & keys get returned to the storage facility office after they are emptied. The items are located in Lake Katrine, NY.
