Contents of two 5'X10' and a 10'X10' storage units being sold by storage unit owner. One unit full of many collectibles including NASCAR and diecast Matchbox, Hot Wheels, Huffy bicycle with shifter/speedometer, and more. The second unit contains jewelry, watches, coins, artwork, comic books, vintage Schwinn bicycles, Murano Glass, geodes, and totes that are full of many new items and many miscellaneous collectible items. The third unit contains 14 - 100 square yard bolts of high quality fabric. This fabric is waterproof and windproof. Colors are either black or yellow. The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Wednesday, December 15 at 5PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Anything left in the unit after Wednesday, December 15 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The keys to the units and the gate access codes must be picked up by Tuesday, December 14 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY. The items are located in Craryville, NY.

Payment is due by Friday, December 10 at 3PM.
