The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, November 14 at 5PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, November 14 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The keys to the units and the gate access codes must be picked up by Friday, November 12 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY.
