If you have a Tax ID Number, please provide a valid NY ST-120 form to the AAR office before the close of the auction.
All items sold as-is. 20% Buyer’s Premium. All purchases shall be paid in full within 2 business days after the close of the Auction. All lots must be paid in full by cash, pre-approved check, cashier’s check, money order, Visa, MC, Discover, and Amex paid directly to the facility where the purchased property is located before pickup. Complete removal of all contents of a purchased unit shall be within 2 business days after the close of auction and within operating hours of storage facility. $100 CASH deposit per location.
