Contents of a Northampton, Massachusetts foreclosed storage unit being sold for the benefit of the storage operator. Pickup must be completed by Monday, May 11 at 12PM. An appointment must be made to have the unit unlocked in Northampton, MA (M-F 12PM- 4:30PM). Please bring proper help, tools and transportation. All items sold as-is. You must provide an additional $200 cash deposit to the storage location at the time of pickup. In the event that the unit(s) have been completely cleaned out by Monday, May 11 at 12PM, the deposit(s) will be refunded to you. An appointment must be made for inspection of the unit for the deposit to be refunded in cash. Otherwise the refund will be mailed. Please note that these storage doors are secured by a door lock and cannot be padlocked.
