Research
Our team of real estate auction specialists will research every parcel in your auction and develop a comprehensive plan for promoting and conducting an auction to maximize results and a positive experience by all.
Marketing
With parcel research in hand, we will then execute a 4-5 week intense marketing plan that optimizes exposure for the auction through proven techniques and channels that we have perfected after more than 25 years of tax foreclosure events. Our team of highly trained professional auctioneers hold designations from the National Auctioneers Association in Auction Marketing Management (AMM) and Auction Technology Specialist (ATS), in addition to CAI, GPPA, CES, AARE.
Auction
Auction Day! Our team will professionally facilitate the auction to maximize bidding, efficiency of registration and the check-out process. We have adopted digital registrations which are legal in NYS that acknowledge and verify bidders securely. Whether your auction is Live or Online, bidders can participate in your auction from their home, office or at the live event. Our auctioneers and bid spotters all hold real estate licenses in accordance to the NYSDOT Declaratory Ruling.
Closing
We supply all closing documents. Our customized software allows for instant reporting of the auction results, generation of customized purchase contracts, TP-584 & RP-5217 forms and a customized deed for a fast and smooth check-out procedure for bidders while relieving the municipality from these duties. No other company fully utilizes this proprietary software from LuJohns Enterprises, Inc.
