Very ornate die cast aluminum handle having raised Trade Mark of Bear, and the word “Inspection” meaning that the razor will “Bear Inspection.” The case handle also has a raised goddess figure and Art Nouveau scroll. The blade is fully etched ROGERS & MILLER. Figural die cast aluminum handled straight razors are quite rare as aluminum was a new and expensive alloy at the time these Art Nouveau razors were popular. This would have been the top of their line for this maker.
