#126 – Straight Razor. “Frontier” on tang. “J. J. Lang & Co. Baltimore. MD. Made in Germany” on back of tang. Very ornate aluminum handle. This is the only one by this maker I have ever seen. Front side of cast handle has a woman standing on a winged Wheel. The pile side has  “Frontier” and “J. J. Lang & Co. Baltimore. MD.” Raised with scroll. figural cast aluminum handled straight razors are quite rare as aluminum was a new and expensive alloy at the time these Art Nouveau razors were popular. This would have been the top of their line for this maker.
