Contents of a 5' x 10' storage unit being sold by the storage facility owner. Items include a wide assortment of vintage & modern trading cards, including but not limited to: Hockey, MLB, NBA, Pokemon, Marvel, Wrestling, and other miscellaneous cards. Both opened and sealed boxes are included, with a small number of cards graded by PSA. Additional items include a computer graphics card, Nike and Converse sneakers, Disney figurines, Vivi porcelain figures, and various fine art pieces. The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown/not tested. The authenticity of items have not been verified or guaranteed on any/all items. Items are located in Wappingers Falls, NY. Buyers assume all risk & are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, February 22 at 5pm. Any dumpster on the premises is for storage facility use only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, February 22 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. The storage facility gate access closes at 10PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the unit & the gate access code must be picked up by Friday, February 20 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY.
