Contents include: Artwork, Antiques, Oriental furniture, rug, boxes, personals, pictures, books, furniture, chairs, mantle clock, many medical degrees, audio receiver/speakers, Plus much more. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property. There is no dumpster on the property. The red lock & red security tag must be returned to storage facility office. Facility closes at 10PM. Buyer can rent the room after auction if needed. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction.
