Contents of a 9 'x 8' Climate Controlled Storage Unit (located on 1st Floor) sold by storage unit owner. Tamper Tag #0678781. Contents include: Food packaging equipment, Dehydrators, Automatic Filling Machines, Sealing Machine, Cup Sealers, Automatic Weighing Machine, Packaging Machines, Accessories, Totes plus much more. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, September 28 at 8PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, September 28 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $300. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the lock on the unit & the gate code must be picked up at the AAR office in Pleasant Valley, NY by Friday, September 26 at 3PM. Items are located in LaGrangeville, NY.
