Contents of a storage unit being sold by storage unit owner. Size 10'x15' outdoor unit. Contents include: Boxes of new shirts, new hats. Boxes of new merchandise, heavy cast iron gates, cast iron garden borders. Also looks to be four heavy cast iron fence or gate square tops; BMW tires/rims, tires, skid steer tire/rim, Lexus exhaust, car cover, tubing, metal drums, old clock, plus much more. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property. There is no dumpster on the property. The red lock & red security tag must be returned to storage facility office. Facility closes at 10PM. Buyer can rent the room after auction if needed. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the unit and the gate access code must be picked up at Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY. Items located in Highland NY.
