Contents include jewelry, watches, kids motorcycle, John Deere lawn mower, TVs, collectibles, military items, helmets, suitcases, furniture, jewelry case, electronics, vacuum, tools, household items, bicycles, toys plus much more. Authenticity has not been verified or guaranteed on any/all items. The functionality of any/all electric/electronic items are unknown. The unit is located in Poughkeepsie, NY. Pickup must be completed by Sunday, January 25 at 5PM. Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the units or on the storage facility property & have the units broom swept clean by Sunday, January 25 at 5PM. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, January 25 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not 100% completely cleaned out by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a minimum disposal fee of $300. There is no dumpster on the property. There is no live preview. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. The key to the lock on the unit & the gate access code to be picked up by Friday, January 23 at 3PM at the Absolute Auction Center in Pleasant Valley, NY.
