Contents of a 10'X26' storage unit being sold by content's owner. Items includes many pieces of antique Indonesian and Oriental furniture from the late 1800's (came from an antique store located in Hudson, NY that went out of business); Oriental wedding beds; robin's egg blue vintage display cabinets (corner cabinets have curved glass) and more. The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, July 30 at 5PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Anything left in the unit after Saturday, July 30 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. No Exceptions. There is no dumpster on the property. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The storage facility has storage access 24/7. The keys to the units and the gate access codes must be picked up by Friday, July 29 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY. You do not need to contact the office regarding removal. Please place lock and key inside the unit and close door when unit has been cleaned out. The items are located in Hudson, NY.
