Contents of a 10'x10' storage unit being sold by storage unit owner. Contents include: cell phone/tablet accessories including phone cases, Samsung tablet cases, HP batteries, Apple chargers, Jabra earphones and more. The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Saturday, April 30 at 4PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Anything left in the unit after Saturday, April 30 at 4PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. The storage facility closes on weekdays at 5PM, weekends 4PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The keys to the units and the gate access codes must be picked up by Friday, April 29 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY. This is not a delinquent tenant storage auction. The items are located in New Windsor, NY.
