Contents of Unit 3-S, a 5'x10' interior storage unit containing children's toys, boxes, bags, suitcase, and other unknown items. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Saturday, April 9 at 2PM. Anything left in the unit after 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 9, 2022 will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. The keys to the unit may be picked up at the Spaces For Rent office in Northampton weekdays 10AM - 5PM & Saturday, 9AM - 2PM. The storage facility closes weekdays at 5:00PM, the doors will be locked and the Buyer must leave the premises. To be allowed access to the buildings, the Buyer must present to the office their paid invoice and photo ID. These units are in secured controlled buildings and the doors must be unlocked by Spaces For Rent staff. Removal is only available Monday through Friday, 10AM - 5PM & Saturdays, 9AM - 2PM. Items are located in Northampton, MA.
