Contents of a 10'x15' storage unit being sold by the storage unit owner. Contents include: kayak, electric ride-on toys, PowerWheels, weedwackers, many toys, cars, scooters, bikes plus much more The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown. The unit is located in Poughkeepsie, NY. Pickup must be completed by Monday, July 7 at 5PM. Pickup note: The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property and have the unit broom swept clean by Monday, July 7 at 5PM. Anything left in the unit after Monday, July 7 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any units not 100% completely cleaned out the high bidder will incur a minimum disposal fee of $150. There is no dumpster on the property. The storage facility closes at 10PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. **NOTE: As we are closed on Friday, July 4 for the Independence Day Holiday & we are not open on weekends either, the key to the unit & the gate access code must be picked up by Thursday, July at 2PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY.
