Contents of a 10'x10' Climate Controlled Storage Unit sold by the storage unit owner. Tamper Tag #0650487. Contents include: Collectibles, Baseball Basketball Football Cards, Magic the Gathering Cards, Pokemon Cards, Stamp Collection, Legos, Star Wars, Wrestling, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Action Figures, Christmas, Hess, Old Pictures, Old Slides, Boxes, Totes plus much more. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday July 27th at 5PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, July 27th at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. If unit is not completely cleaned out by Sunday, July 27 at 5PM, the high bidder will be charged a minimum disposal fee of $300. The storage facility closes at 5PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the unit & the gate access code must be picked up by Friday, July 25 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY. The unit is located in Highland NY.
