Contents of a 10'x10' storage unit being sold by storage unit owner. Contents include jewelry; art; Samsung TVs; large room dividers; Korg electric piano; Rolland electric drums; area rugs; large wind chimes; vintage items; household items and more. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Tuesday, September 14 at 5pm. Anything left in the unit after Tuesday, September 14 will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. The unit must be broom swept clean. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. After units are empty, the lock & key must be returned to the storage facility office to verify the unit is cleaned out. The key to the unit & the gate access code must be picked up at Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY by Monday, September13 at 3PM. The items are located in Lake Katrine, NY.
