Contents of a 10'x15' storage unit being sold by storage unit owner. Contents are from an artist & include 300-400 or more paintings; signed art; painting supplies -easels brushes, etc.; commercial photography Panasonic TV; Samsung TV with commercial stand; laptop; large white boards; office supplies and more. Large metal shelves can go with the contents but if unable to remove they can remain. Absolute Auction Center would just need to be notified The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Wednesday, July 28 at 5pm. Anything left in the unit after Wednesday, July 28 will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. The unit must be broom swept clean. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. After units are empty, the lock & key must be returned to the storage facility office to verify the unit is cleaned out. The key to the unit & the gate access code must be picked up at Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY by Monday, July 26 at 3PM. The items are located in Highland, NY.
