Contents of a 10' x 10' storage unit being sold by the storage unit owner. Contents include: various new items with tags, foosball table, motorcycle helmet, small mini bike, Dell laptop, coolers, televisions, artwork, electronics, Nintendos, shoes, purses, tools, board games, clothing, fishing supplies, luggage, exercise bike, outdoor swing, plus much more. The functionality of electric/electronic items is unknown. The authenticity has not been verified or guaranteed on any/all items. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Friday, June 20 at 5pm. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Friday June, 20 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. The storage facility gate access closes at 10PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the unit & the gate access code must be picked up by Thursday, June 19 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY. Items are are located in Poughkeepsie NY.
