Contents of a 10'x20' storage unit being sold by storage unit owner. Contents include mid century modern furniture, art pieces, vintage radio tubes, equipment, figurines, small kitchen appliances, boxes, drum, clarinet, sporting equipment, bicycles, clothes, old movie spot light, vintage trunk plus much more. The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Monday, June 14 at 5PM. Anything left in the unit after Monday, June 14 will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. The storage facility closes at 10:00PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The keys to the units and the gate access codes must be picked up by keys to the units and the gate access codes must be picked up by at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY. The items are located in Highland, NY.
