Contents of a 10'x20' storage unit being sold by storage unit owner. Contents include Snap-on tool box with Snap-on, Blue point, MAC, Wurth, Zebra, Craftsman and other tools; John deer power washer; drone; scooter; TV; jewelry; keyboard; bicycle; L.B. White Tradesman K165 heater; large vintage vise; Structure Universal 5 lug 22" rims (tires are bad); artwork; 15' Old Town Rogue River canoe with paddles; many extras household items; jewelry; phones and so much more. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Tuesday, June 1 at 5pm. There is no dumpster on the property. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. After units are empty, the lock & key must be returned to the storage facility office to verify the unit is cleaned out. **NOTE: The storage facility office will be closed on Monday, May 31 for the Memorial Day Holiday.** The key to the unit & the gate access code must be picked up at Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY by Friday, May 28 at 3PM. We are also closed for the Memorial Day Holiday. The items are located in Lake Katrine, NY.
