Contents of a 10'x30' storage unit being sold by storage unit owner. Contents include: Antiques, industrial copier, tables, DVD's, records, typewriters, old car parts, cases of gorilla cement, wood shelving, tool boxes, plastic totes, coolers, clothes plus much more. The winning bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property (including any wood shelving) by 5:00PM on removal date. ***Storage Facility does not allow any auction units to be rented.*** Anything left in unit after removal date will be deemed abandoned and all removal and cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the Buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. The facility closes at 10PM. The storage facility location will be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the unit and the gate access code must be picked up by Friday, December 4 at 3PM at Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY. Items are located in Poughkeepsie, NY.
