Contents of an 8' x 20' storage pod being sold by the contents owner. Items include furniture and storage pieces such as two folding corner pine shelving units, a white IKEA-style two-shelf unit, a wooden computer cabinet, a wooden desk, a stool, a small jewelry box, and brass cabinet handles. Appliances and home items consist of a microwave, air conditioner, dehumidifier, vacuum cleaner, stove or grill top, rotisserie, iron with holder, a TV swing-arm wall mount, and an adjustable closet rod. Kitchen and dining items include copper baking tins, kitchen cutlery, knives, plates, wine tote bags, and candles, including Halloween-themed ones. Clothing and accessories feature a reflective motorcycle jacket with an inner liner, leather purses, assorted purses, and various clothing items. Items for kids and pets include Barbies and Barbie playsets, a doll, a dog thunder coat, a gravity pet waterer, additional pet supplies, and baby gates. Tools and equipment include an electric cordless circular saw, radio equipment (an M-90 board with power box), lighting tripods, and paint and caulking supplies, and more. Buyers assume all risk and are responsible for complete removal of pod contents. The high bidder must take all items and leave nothing in the pod or on the property. Pickup is by appointment only and starts on Wednesday, April 22 & must be completed by Sunday, April 26 at 7PM. Pickup hours are 10 AM - 7 PM. Any dumpsters or garbage receptacles on the property are for tenant use only and not for the public. Anything left in the pod after Sunday, April 26 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned, and all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. If the pod is not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. Due to security reasons, the address of the pod location will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction.
