This unit is well organized and filled. Auction note: Please return any personal photographs or ID's to facility office. The high bidder must clean/take all and leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property. There is no dumpster on the property. Facility closes at 10PM. Buyer can rent the room after auction if needed. The key to the unit and the gate access code must be picked up at Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley. Due to security reasons the storage facility and room number will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction.
