Contents of a 8" x 10" storage unit being sold by the storage unit owner. Contents include: Pokemon cards, sports cards, TCG, Art to include numbered and signed lithos, screen prints, paintings, pastels. The functionality of any & all electric/electronic items are unknown. Authenticity is not checked nor guaranteed on any & all items. Items are located in Poughkeepsie, NY. **Pickup note: Buyers assume all risk & are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, April 12 at 5pm. The unit must be broom-swept clean. The storage facility access hours are from 6AM to 10PM daily. Any dumpsters on the property are for use by the storage facility only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, April 12 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the lock on the unit & the gate access code must be picked up at the Absolute Auction Center in Pleasant Valley, NY by Friday, April 10 at 3PM.
