Storage unit contents being sold by storage unit owner. Unit size 10'x25'. Items have been in storage approximately 14 years. Approximately 200 boxes. Contents of large Connecticut household: personals, clothes, shoes, books, paperwork, kitchen, bathroom, toys, kids items, household, electronics and much more. The high bidder must clean/take all and leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property. There is no dumpster on the property. Facility closes at 9 PM. Buyer can rent the room after auction if needed. The key to the unit and the gate access code must be picked up at Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley. Due to security reasons the storage facility and room number will only be given to winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction.
