Contents of a 10' x 15' being sold by storage unit owner. Contents include tools, tool case, safes, furniture, motorcycle parts/motorcycle gear, yard tools, elephant figurines, shoes, curved TV, drone, bike, mini fridge, hunting gear and more. The functionality of electric/electronic items is unknown. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. Items are located in Lake Katrine, NY. The high bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, September 11 at 5PM. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, September 11 at 5:00PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the unit must be picked up at Absolute Auction Center by Friday, September 9 at 3PM.
