Rare Hummel, Fine Delft and WUK music box. Large Delft Ginger Jar, Model 951, with lid. Painter’s initials are LHO, in red, blue and gold Japanese Imari pattern, 15"T x 8"W. Matching Delft Bonbonnière or candy dish, Model 800, with lid. Painter’s initials are LdB for L. A. de Bloois, 3.5"T x 6"W. Both items were made by Royal Delft (De Koninklijke Fles) of Delft, Holland. It has been in continuous operation since 1653 and is the sole remaining pottery manufacture of an original 32. Painted in the Japanese Imari pattern, they are the company’s most expensive earthenware products, since the yellow color was replaced with 22kt gold, with vivid reds and blues, purchased at the Delft factory in the Netherlands in 1974. Rare Large Flower Madonna Color Hummel figurine # 10/111, Madonna with child, cloak is done in blue with flowers. She is in the sitting position, looking down at her son Jesus, who is standing on her lap on top of a book. Also on the book is a small bird and in her lady's hand is a small flower which she is showing to her son Jesus, who is pointing to it. She has a halo. Like new condition, marked on the bottom 10/111. Although there are hairline crazes on the bottom, there are no other cracks, chips or crazes on the piece. The common ones are only 8.5"T, this one is 11"T x 7.5"W, purchased in 1971 at the Base Exchange at Ramstein AB, Germany. Vintage hand painted German WUK Wendt and Kuhn Expertic "Kinderreigen" music box with small carved children strolling around a tree. In working condition, plays a German song.
