Contents of a 10'X10' storage unit being sold by content's owner. Items include electronics (PolkAudio, Techniques, Fisher, JVC and others), tools, collectbles, jewelry, household items, Coca-Cola memorablia, 1979 Mongoose bicycle, area rug, Christmas decorations, Norman Rockwell plates, approximately 1950's era GE suitcase stereo and more. The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Saturday, February 12 at 5PM. The unit must be broom swept clean. Anything left in the unit after Saturday, February 12 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The keys to the units and the gate access codes must be picked up by Friday, February 11 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY. You do not need to contact the office regarding removal. Please place lock and key inside the unit and close door when unit has been cleaned out. The items are located in Craryville, NY.
