Large items include assorted furniture and decor including couches, metal bed frames, mattresses (full and queen size), nightstand - 2 sets, dining room table, decorative storage chest, butcher block, outdoor chairs, small kitchen appliances such as microwave and coffee maker and kitchen plates and utensils, and other decorative items such as signs, photos, etc. and much more. The functionality of any & all electric/electronic items are unknown. Authenticity is not checked nor guaranteed on any & all items. Buyers assume all risk and are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. The high bidders must clean take all and leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Wednesday May 13 at 5 PM. Any dumpsters on the property are for use by the storage facility only not the public. Anything left in the unit after Wednesday May 13 at 5 PM will be deemed abandoned and all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. The storage facility gate access closes at 10 PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility and room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The obtain access to the key to the lock on the unit and the gate access code to the storage facility is by appointment only with the seller.
