PICKUP NOTE: The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the garages or on the property by Sunday, March22 at 8PM. The garages must be broom swept clean. Any dumpsters on the property are for use by the tenants only, not the public. Anything left in the garages after Sunday, March 8 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $300. Due to security reasons the pickup location will only be given to the winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. Items are located in Manchester, CT.
