Deborah Belding of the Rug Garden began her career in 1979 with a bespoke carpet manufacturer, learning the fundamentals of creating fine rugs and working with the best interior designers on choosing rugs to fit a variety of styles. Moving to the Hudson Valley, she opened a rug and boutique carpet business in Rhinebeck, building her reputation and portfolio of services. For the DCHS Auction, Deb is providing a Rug Cleaning Service to be used before September 30, 2026. Deb will pick up your rug anywhere in Dutchess County, and she will transport it to the best "to the trade" cleaner in NYC and return your sparkling rug to your home. This is your opportunity to make a favorite rug sparkle and shine, removing stains, dust and debris.
