Near Complete Run of Regular Russian Postage Stamps from February 1942 to 1973. These are hinged into a Scott Specialty album. There are over 3300 stamps. This includes souvenir sheets that had spaces in the album. Scott number 1325 was removed and being sold separately. Any stamp identifications made by the now-deceased collector were not verified by the auction company.
